Statement on Services for Guests with Disabilities:
Capitol Federal Amphitheater recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities as defined by the
American Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Capitol Federal Amphitheater continues to make every effort
to comply with state and federal accessibility regulations and accommodate guests with disabilities. All

Wheelchair accessible seats are available. Three companion tickets may be purchased with each wheelchair-accessible ticket. Please indicate when you are buying tickets if you require accessible seating.
Indicate to the parking attendant that you require ADA parking and parking attendants will direct attendees to the reserved ADA parking location. There is a $5 fee for accessible parking. Capitol Federal Amphitheater has a limited amount of ADA parking spaces; all spaces are first come, first served and cannot be purchased in advance.
The disabled identification card shall be available upon request if the disabled individual is using any disabled parking privilege. If the disabled individual is not in the vehicle or the disabled individual does not have his or her ID card available upon request, the vehicle is not entitled to use the disabled parking privilege. The owner's receipt of the application for TEMPORARY placard shall be carried by the person it is issued to when using accessible parking (K.S.A. 8-1, 125).
